Pocketstop is thrilled to announce that the integrated loyalty program known as “The Scoop” that it created with agency partners Imaginuity and The Dealy Group for client Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) was awarded a silver MAXI in the New Media & Emerging Technology category at last month’s International Council of Shopping Centers’ (ICSC) award show in Las Vegas. “The Scoop cut through the digital clutter, drove explosive growth in membership and delivered hundred of retailer offers to highly engaged shoppers while they were on the property1.”

Pocketstop’s mission is to help build programs that are engaging and beneficial to our clients. With our partners, we strive to create value and enhance our client’s business by using the latest in digital communication technology. JLL is a world-wide commercial real estate firm that works with thousands of shopping centers and retail outlets across the nation. Our partnership with JLL has afforded us the opportunity to design custom programs for use by the shopping centers and retail outlets they manage on a daily basis.

“The Scoop” leverages social, mobile and digital channels along with the integration of WiFi in capturing customer information for remarketing purposes. It also provides access to valuable offers and rewards from major retailers. The integration uses the latest in digital technology and generates value for the shopper, the retailer and the shopping center. The program has had great success and excellent feedback from its users.

Pocketstop’s CEO Daniel Wagstaff is elated with “The Scoop” winning silver at the MAXI’s. He says “a lot of hard work, time and energy went into creating the program and we are honored to be recognized by the shopping center industry for our work.” He adds, “We were thrilled with the nomination and winning is a tremendous compliment. We are so pleased that our competency in digital communications is creating value for our customers and theirs and is being recognized.”

The U.S. MAXI Award is a prestigious industry award that rewards creativity and innovation and recognizes events, programs and technology that create value for shopping centers and companies across the United States.
